Ambition Events www.ambitionevents.com who focus on providing the most challenging Ultra Marathons and Adventure Races in the world, have joined with Sportstrack to provide real time GPS tracking of participants across all their events. Ambition organize the RAW (Run Across the World) series of events which are set in the most harsh and demanding of locations all over the world, over routes so grueling and severe that every finisher can stand proud in the knowledge that it can be done. Each RAW challenge is over 100 miles of non stop, feet numbing, muscle aching endurance that will test the body to its ultimate limit. Forthcoming RAW events include RAW Britain, RAW Emirates, RAW Africa , RAW Scandinavia and RAW Arctic.
Ambition Events also organize the UK Ultra Running series of events which includes the Coast Challenge, Pennine Challenge, Thames Path Ultra, Tring 2 Town, and the Night Day Marathon in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a unique series of ultra marathons which have been gaining popularity over the last few years, raced by individuals who seek to achieve higher goals, take on unique challenges and find new mountains to climb.
Stewart Gilmour of Sportstrack commented “These events are ideal to track live for the added interest of all participants, family friends, well-wishers or sponsors and surely if you were to accept a challenge like this then you would want to record your achievement. “
As well as tracking your progress in real time Sportstrack also stores all your data, providing you with a minute by minute, meter by meter record of your achievement to examine, enjoy and share at any time.
